Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Before Delivery:
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at +6017-723 6874 Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched for delivery.
- Cancellation by Serabites:
- Serabites reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if there are issues with payment processing. In such cases, you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only available for products that are damaged during delivery or if there is a significant discrepancy between the product description and the received item.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Due to the perishable nature of our handmade fresh cheesetart, brownies, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Orders cannot be refunded if the customer is not available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time.
- Refund Process:
- Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
